UT Pathways: A Professional-Track Faculty Conference

UT Pathways is the newest extension of faculty development events for Professional-Track faculty. The event provides an opportunity to connect with colleagues, share experiences and challenges and engage in collaborative problem-solving around issues central to professional-track faculty roles at UT. Join faculty peers to learn about career trajectories and experiences, and propose meaningful action items for University leadership to foster diverse career paths at UT.
This year’s breakout sessions will focus on:
- Health Sciences: Interprofessional Practice and Education
- The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
- Professional-Track Faculty in Research Roles
- Professional-Track Faculty in Leadership Roles
Who can participate in UT Pathways?
- Professional-track faculty
- FTE 50% or higher
- Permanent (non-visiting) faculty

Conference Host

Jen Moon is the Vice Provost for Professional-Track Faculty. As Vice Provost, Dr. Moon focuses on professional-track faculty initiatives, programs, and resources for faculty across their career cycle—from hiring through pre-retirement—and supports the multiple facets of the workload and job experiences of professional-track faculty.
