Number of Nominations
Each college may submit up to two nominations: one tenured/tenure track nominee and one non-tenure-track nominee. Nominees may teach at the undergraduate or graduate level, including faculty supporting professional degree programs (i.e., J.D., M.D., M.Arch, etc.).
Eligible nominees must be in good standing with the university.
Submission Instructions
- All final nomination packages shall be submitted electronically to the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost via this form by the respective deadline.
Note: As of 2021, certain features of the ROTA program have been revised, including the timeline for submission, selection criteria, etc. Questions regarding the Regents’ Outstanding Teaching Awards program may be directed to: rota@utsystem.edu.
