The Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost is offering a leadership development opportunity through its inaugural cohort of Provost’s Faculty Leadership Fellows. This cohort will collaborate with members of the Provost’s team to lead a specific, essential campus-wide project.
Professional (NTT) Faculty Leadership Fellowship
For the professional (non-tenure-track) faculty leadership fellowship, Senior Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs is seeking a full-time, professional faculty member at the rank of associate professor (or senior distinguished lecturer) or higher. This fellowship is intended to help design and create development opportunities, community and support for professional faculty members across campus. The Faculty Fellow will be eligible for one summer month’s salary and one course release in the upcoming academic year.
Tenured Faculty Leadership Fellowship
For the tenured faculty leadership fellowship, the Senior Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and the Director of Faculty Affairs are seeking a tenured professor. This fellowship is designed to give an individual faculty member the opportunity to serve in a leadership role in the area of faculty mentoring. The expectation is that the selected fellow will collect and curate faculty mentoring resources and help design and initiate a university-wide mentoring program for tenure-track and mid-career, tenured faculty. The Faculty Fellow will be eligible for one summer month’s salary and one course release in the upcoming academic year.
