At UT Austin, the impact of the scholarship of our faculty book authors is outstanding. This program was created to highlight the breadth of scholarship taking place across the University. During the Faculty Authors Reception, President Hartzell, Interim Provost Mersey, deans, department chairs and other university leaders recognize faculty’s published works from 2024.

Eligibility

• Works — including scholarly monographs, creative works (e.g., novels and anthologies of poetry), exhibition catalogs, and edited collections — must have been published between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

Event

The 2025 Faculty Authors Reception will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. More information will be released in December 2024.
