What we do

Our goal is to enhance the academic experience for undergraduate students. Each year, UT Austin brings together some of the brightest young minds from all over the world. Our mission is to make their academic experience transformative by providing a stimulating, challenging and responsive academic environment. We do this by collaborating across departments, colleges and schools to create a learning environment that is nimble, innovative and relevant to the current state of education and the world.

Working with members of the campus community, we identify needs and opportunities for our undergraduate students. We work together to enhance academic experiences, incorporate technology in learning, provide experience, and increase accessibility. We promote diversity and inclusion in academics while working to remove barriers in the academic experience, such as waitlists, classroom sizes, gaps in curriculum, and course availability. Our aim is to ensure that students are equipped with everything they need to graduate in four years, enter and succeed in their respective fields of study, and be productive and fulfilled citizens in the world.
