Dear UT faculty and staff members,
Last week, we announced that internationally acclaimed researcher, author, speaker, and UT alumna Brené Brown is bringing her thought leadership to UT. She is here to lead and facilitate a new leadership training program centered around courage, trust, and vulnerability. As a visiting professor of management in the McCombs School of Business, Brown will implement campus-wide training based on the principles and strategies she lays out in her most recent book Dare to Lead. UT will be the first university to adopt Brown’s program as an institutional initiative.
We are hosting a special event to welcome Brown back to campus, celebrate her program, and give faculty, staff, and other UT community members an opportunity to learn directly from her.
Admission is complimentary, but space is limited.
This is an exciting opportunity for the UT community and I look forward to seeing faculty and staff there.
