Enrollment Management

Providing a Foundation for Academic Success

Our campus is home to world-class faculty and high caliber students. We work hard to empower and engage our students through innovative services and initiatives that advance knowledge and provide the very best educational environment.

Collaborating closely across multiple units and offices, we strive to recruit and admit the best students, employ advanced algorithms and predictive modeling to inform policy decisions, deliver financial aid that puts students in a position to succeed, ensure our undergraduate students have the classes they need to graduate on time, and pursue innovations in teaching, learning, and online environments.

Office of Admissions

Recruits and admits students who have the potential to thrive on campus, and possess the qualities and attributes to build an effective and dynamic learning community.

Office of Enrollment Analytics

Enrollment Analytics is the primary analytical resource for units throughout the Enrollment Management portfolio. The team responds to data requests for descriptive statistics, produces routine reports focusing on particular topics, and develops predictive models. For partners across the university, the team provides reports and raw data. Additionally, the team shares best practices with other researchers throughout the provost's office.

Office of Financial Aid

Provides financial services to assist students in realizing their dream of graduating from UT Austin, and promoting financial education, responsibility, and awareness across campus.

Office of the Registrar

Creates, maintains, certifies and protects records of course and degree services, including registration, grades, tuition and payment, course schedules, transcripts, diplomas, and numerous others.

Student Success Initiatives

Student Success Initiatives was founded in 2013 and since its inception has implemented a range of forward-thinking programs to foster timely graduation. Using predictive analytics to ensure students receive the support they need, UT Austin’s four-year graduation rate climbed to 66 percent in 2017 — the highest on record and an increase of 15 percentage points since 2011.
